• We understand that being a first-timer can be intimidating. Don’t sweat it, we’ve got you covered!

    To ensure safety and a supportive first experience, all new members are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their first class. This allows time to meet your instructor, receive a walkthrough of our reformer, and settle into the space. If you’re new to High Intensity Pilates, we recommend starting with our Fundamentals class to build a strong foundation in form and technique.

    Don’t forget your grip socks! Grip socks are required for all group classes and private sessions. No socks? No problem! We sell grip socks at the studio.

  • Please bring grip socks (required), water, comfortable workout clothing, and a towel if needed.

  • Yes! All group classes, private sessions, and workshops require online registration.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Unlimited members are charged $15 for late cancellations and $25 for no-shows. Clients with any other package forfeit their class credit. Due to the limited number of reformers available in each session, we strictly enforce this policy.

    All cancellation requests or schedule changes received via email are invalid. To avoid these penalties, please manage your reservation online at least 12 hours before the start of your class. 



    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private sessions. Clients are charged 50% for late cancellations and forfeit their session credit for no-shows. Out of respect for our instructor's time and energy, we strictly enforce this policy.

    All cancellation requests or schedule changes received via email are invalid. To avoid these penalties, please manage your reservation online at least 24 hours before the start of your class. 

  • For safety and to minimize disruption, we have a strict no-late-entry policy. If you are not present when class begins, you will be marked as a no-show, and your spot may be offered to a standby student. Class credits will not be refunded.

  • If a class is full, you may choose to join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist to the class up to 8 hours before class start time.

    If a spot opens within 8 hours of class, an automated SMS will be sent to everyone on the waitlist. The first person to respond and accept the spot will be booked into the class.

    Members are responsible for actively managing their waitlisted classes. If you are no longer available to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you choose to waitlist multiple classes on the same day, it is your responsibility to monitor your positions and manage them accordingly.

    Late cancellation and no-show fees apply to all waitlist bookings. No exceptions.
