STUDIO POLICIES

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Unlimited members are charged $15 for late cancellations and $25 for no-shows. Clients with any other package forfeit their class credit. Due to the limited number of reformers available in each session, we strictly enforce this policy.

All cancellation requests or schedule changes received via email are invalid. To avoid these penalties, please manage your reservation online at least 12 hours before the start of your class. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all 1:1 private sessions. Clients are charged $50 for late cancellations and forfeit their session credit for no-shows. Out of respect for our instructor's time and energy, we strictly enforce this policy.

All cancellation requests or schedule changes received via email are invalid. To avoid these penalties, please manage your reservation online at least 24 hours before the start of your class. 

Grip socks are required for all group classes and privates. No socks? No problem! We sell grip socks at the studio for $18.

Waitlist. If a class is full, you will have the option to join a waitlist. If a spot in the class becomes available, our system will automatically book the first person on the waitlist up to 8 hours before the class begins.

When a spot becomes available after the 8-hour cut-off, our system automatically sends an SMS to everyone on the waitlist, and the first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class.

Members are responsible for managing their waitlisted classes and removing themselves from a waitlist if they are no longer available to take the class. If a member chooses to waitlist multiple classes on the same day, they will be responsible for keeping an eye on their waitlist positions and managing them accordingly. Late Cancellation and No-Show fees apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.

No late entry to classes. This is to ensure client safety and limit interruptions. If you are absent by the time class starts, you will be marked as a no-show, and your spot may be given to a standby student. Class credits will not be refunded.

New to our studio? Welcome! We require all new members to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their first class to meet the instructor, receive a walkthrough of the XFormer, and settle into the space.

Existing Members. We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. If you are absent by the time class starts, you will be marked as a no-show, and your spot may be given to a standby student. Class credits will not be refunded.

Membership Freeze. Members may request to freeze their auto-renewing membership for up to 30 days within a billing cycle. Email requests to topanga@awenpilates.com.

Monthly Memberships. By signing up for a Monthly Membership, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled online. Cancellation requests cannot be made after the monthly payment has been processed. All sales are final. No refunds.

AUTO-RENEWING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS + CONDITIONS

This Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and Awen Studios LLC (DBA Awen Pilates) to set up automatic recurring payments for your selected membership (the "Monthly Membership").

All Monthly Memberships offered by Awen Studios LLC (DBA Awen Pilates) automatically renew monthly until canceled online. By signing up for an auto-renewing Monthly Membership, you are agreeing to automatic recurring payments for your selected membership (the "Monthly Membership").

Your membership (the "Monthly Membership") begins when you electronically sign and accept this Agreement. Monthly Memberships only provide access to regularly scheduled group classes. All privates, workshops, training programs, and events require additional payments.

You will not receive advance notice of this monthly payment (the "Monthly Amount"). Your Monthly Amount will be automatically charged to your specified payment method on or around the effective date of this Agreement unless membership (the "Monthly Membership") is prepaid in full and will continue until your Monthly Membership is canceled online. All Monthly Memberships require a valid credit or debit card to be on file at all times.

The system automatically schedules re-runs when a membership (the “Monthly Membership”) renewal payment fails. The member will lose access to their Monthly Membership if all payment re-runs fail. In addition, any future bookings and appointments made with the membership (the "Monthly Membership") are automatically canceled.

I acknowledge and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

I authorize Awen Studios LLC (DBA Awen Pilates) to charge the required monthly amount to my specified Payment Method.

By providing my payment information (“Payment Method”), I am agreeing to automatic recurring payments until I cancel my membership.
